Privacy Policy

The Mill On Main (“The Mill,” “we,” or “us”) is a gathering space at 12202 W Highway 62 in Farmington, Arkansas. When you send us a request through visitthemill.com, we use your details to reply to you and help with your plans. We don’t sell your personal information, we don’t use it for advertising, and we don’t send newsletters, marketing emails, or texts. If you ask to hear about a future class, we email you only about new dates for that class.

This policy explains what we collect through this website, how we use it, who helps us handle it, and how you can ask us to see or delete it.

We only collect what you choose to send us:

• Rental requests: your preferred and alternative dates, rental block, event hours, event type, estimated guest count, package preference, whether alcohol is planned, setup and cleanup needs, vendors or special requirements, any questions, and your name, email address, and mobile number.
• Tour requests and contact messages: your name, email address, mobile number (optional), and your message.
• Class interest lists: if you choose “Get notified of the next date” on a sold-out class, your first name, email address, and the class you chose.
• Emails you send us: whatever you include in your message.

Please don’t send payment card numbers or other sensitive information through our forms.

• To reply to your request or question.
• To check availability, schedule a tour, and plan a rental with you, including a courtesy hold, the rental agreement, and the deposit invoice.
• To keep a record of our conversations with you.
• To keep our website and forms safe from spam and misuse.

We don’t send newsletters or marketing emails or texts, and we don’t add anyone who contacts us or buys a ticket to a mailing list, newsletter, or promotional list.

When you press send on a rental, tour, or contact form, the website stores your request in our inquiry database (provided by Supabase), emails it to The Mill’s inbox using Resend, an email delivery service, and sends you a confirmation email. Only The Mill’s staff can see the stored requests, and we use them only to reply to you and track your request through tour, hold, and booking. Our business email is provided by Google Workspace.

Our forms include a hidden field that people don’t see. If it is filled in, we treat the message as automated spam and don’t deliver it.

When a class sells out, you can ask to hear about the next date. If you do, we keep your first name, your email address, and the class you chose, and we email you only about new dates for that class. You may hear about a new date before it goes on public sale. Joining a list doesn’t reserve a seat.

When you sign up, we send one email confirming it. Every email we send about a class has an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us to remove you by email. We store this list with Supabase, our database provider, and send these emails with Resend.

Event tickets are sold through Ticket Tailor, a ticketing service. The ticket links on our event cards open Ticket Tailor’s website, which may use its own cookies. When you buy tickets, Ticket Tailor collects your order details, such as your name, email address, and attendee names, and shares them with us so we can run the event, check you in, and contact you about your order. Ticket Tailor’s privacy policy and cookie policy explain how they handle your information.

Every ticket sale and every rental deposit is paid through Square. The Mill never receives or stores your card number. Ticket Tailor and Square send their own order confirmations and payment receipts under their own policies. Square’s privacy notice applies to the payment details you give them.

Our own website doesn’t set advertising or tracking cookies, and we don’t use Google Analytics or advertising pixels.

We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to understand how the site is used and how quickly pages load. They tell us things like which pages were viewed, which site referred a visit, the general location (such as the country), the type of device and browser, and page-speed measurements. Vercel says Web Analytics works without cookies. You can read more in Vercel’s analytics privacy information.

The directions link on our homepage opens Google Maps, where Google’s own privacy policy applies.

Our website is hosted by Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel’s servers process basic technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request, to deliver the site and keep it secure. See Vercel’s privacy notice.

We don’t sell or rent your personal information, and we don’t share it with anyone for their own marketing. We share it only:

• With the service providers that help us run the website and the business, as described above (Vercel, Resend, Supabase, Google Workspace, Ticket Tailor, and Square).
• When the law requires it.
• When needed to protect the safety, rights, or property of our guests, our business, or others.

We keep requests and emails for as long as we need them to respond to you, manage bookings and events, and keep normal business records. When we no longer need them, we delete them.

We keep a class interest sign-up for 12 months after you made or last renewed it, or until you unsubscribe, whichever comes first. After that we delete it. Unsubscribed addresses are deleted within 30 days.

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Just email brittany@visitthemill.com. We may need to confirm it’s really you before making changes, and we may need to keep some records, such as payment records, when the law requires it. This includes information from ticket orders, so please contact us about those too.

Our website is meant for adults planning events and visits. It isn’t directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, please contact us and we’ll delete it.

Our website uses a secure (HTTPS) connection. No method of sending or storing information is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share with us.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll post the new version here and change the effective date at the top of the page.
