These terms cover your use of visitthemill.com, the website of The Mill On Main (“The Mill,” “we,” or “us”) in Farmington, Arkansas. By using the site, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

Please use the site for its intended purpose: learning about The Mill, sending us requests, and finding events. Don’t send false or misleading information, spam our forms, or try to disrupt, break into, or overload the site.

Sending a rental or tour request through this website is an inquiry only. It doesn’t reserve a date or time, and it doesn’t commit you or us to anything.

Brittany reviews every request and will reply to let you know about availability and next steps. If it’s a match, we’ll place a short courtesy hold while you decide. Your rental is confirmed only once the rental agreement has been signed and your deposit has been received. The signed rental agreement governs your rental. If it conflicts with these website terms, the rental agreement controls.

Tickets for events at The Mill are sold through Ticket Tailor, and every ticket payment is made through Square. Your purchase is subject to Ticket Tailor’s information for ticket buyers and to any policies shown for that event, such as refund or age requirements, on the event listing or at checkout. For questions about an order or an event, please contact us directly.

Joining a class interest list (“Get notified of the next date”) doesn’t reserve a seat or guarantee that another date will be scheduled.

We work to keep event details, descriptions, photos, and other information on this site accurate and up to date, but things can change. Information on the site isn’t an offer or a guarantee of availability, and we may update it at any time.

The text, photos, logos, and design of this website belong to The Mill On Main or are used with permission. Please don’t copy or reuse them, especially for commercial purposes, without our written permission. You’re always welcome to share links to our pages.

This site links to services run by others, such as Ticket Tailor and Google Maps. Those sites have their own terms and privacy policies, and we aren’t responsible for their content or how they work.

We provide this website “as is.” We do our best to keep it working, but we can’t promise it will always be available, error-free, or secure. If you send us a request and don’t hear back, please email us at brittany@visitthemill.com so nothing gets missed.

To the fullest extent the law allows, The Mill On Main isn’t responsible for any indirect or consequential loss or damage that comes from using this website or from not being able to use it, for example if the site is unavailable or a message doesn’t reach us. Rentals are covered by the signed rental agreement, and events by their own policies, not by this section. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that can’t be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll post the new version here and change the effective date at the top of the page. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
